Mgr. Miloš Žůrek, Attorney at Law

ŽŮREK LEGAL is a law office providing legal services with an emphasis on practical and effective solutions to legal matters.

We assess legal questions in their broader context and, alongside their legal framework, we also take into account the practical, commercial and economic aspects of the particular matter. We provide clients with clear legal advice and unambiguous recommendations on how to proceed.

Mgr. Miloš Žůrek, Attorney at Law

Mgr. Miloš Žůrek is the founder of the ŽŮREK LEGAL law office and an independent attorney registered in the list of attorneys maintained by the Czech Bar Association under registration number 21687. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University.

In his practice, he focuses primarily on real estate law, development, commercial and contract law, and corporate transactions. Among others, he has for many years provided legal services to a major European investment and development group active in the industrial real estate sector, for which he contributes to the legal support of development projects and real estate and corporate transactions both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

His practice encompasses in particular acquisitions and sales of real estate and companies, legal due diligence, the structuring of transactions, and the drafting and negotiation of complex contractual and transactional documentation. A significant part of his work also involves ongoing legal support for companies and their management.

In addition to corporate clients, he also provides legal services to private clients, particularly in the areas of real estate and contractual relationships. He takes pride in a personal approach and direct communication, and he applies the same standard of legal care regardless of the size of the client or the scope of the particular matter.

He has also provided legal services to municipalities and other public-sector entities, professional sports clubs, and companies operating in infrastructure industries.

In selected cases, he also provides pro bono legal services, which he considers a natural part of the practice of law.

Legal advice on the purchase, sale, investment in and other legal relationships concerning real estate. We provide clients with legal support throughout the entire transaction and, depending on the nature of the particular case, we also coordinate the process with real estate agents and mortgage or financial advisors.

Fees

We agree fees for legal services with the client in advance and always with regard to the nature and complexity of the particular matter, the scope of the legal services provided and the character of the cooperation. We place emphasis on setting fees transparently, so that from the outset the client has a clear idea of the method of billing and the anticipated cost of the legal services. For long-term cooperation or in justified cases, individual pricing terms may be agreed.

Time-Based Fee

The fee is based on the time actually devoted to providing the legal services. The hourly rate is set from CZK 2,500 excluding VAT per hour.

Fixed Fee

For legal services defined in advance, a fixed fee for handling the entire matter may be agreed. We use this type of fee in particular for real estate transfers, the preparation of contractual documentation, or individual corporate actions. The client thus knows the price of the legal services in advance.

Flat Fee

For long-term cooperation, a regular flat fee may be agreed for the ongoing provision of legal services within an agreed scope. This model is particularly suitable for entrepreneurs and companies that require regular legal support.

Contingency Fee

In appropriate cases, a fee or part of it may be agreed depending on the outcome of the matter or the economic benefit achieved for the client. The terms of a contingency fee are always agreed individually.

If no contractual fee is agreed, the fee for the provision of legal services is determined in accordance with Decree of the Ministry of Justice No. 177/1996 Coll., on the fees of attorneys and the reimbursement of attorneys for the provision of legal services (the Attorney Tariff).
